september is well know for "techtember", and i don't why, but it sounds great! and cool if you are into tech stuff, not just AI.

now since, google did not give me a direct answer on "how techtember started" i thought it would be wise to waste some water and ask chat ...

Early 2010s: lots of September hardware launches → people start jokingly calling it Techtember.
Mid/late 2010s: Apple’s predictable September iPhone event helps cement the association.
2020s: “Techtember” expands to mean an entire month of tech launches, conferences, community events and announcements worldwide.
Importantly, Techtember is not originally a single organized global event like Hacktoberfest. It’s more like an informal cultural label that different communities have since adopted for their own September events—for example, Cloud Native Vancouver has run an event explicitly branded “Techtember.”
